
Lydia Fox
Lydia and Kevin have been married for 22 years and are the parents of five children. Kevin manages a commercial chicken farm and also holds a position at Hitzer Stoves in Berne. Lydia serves as the Board President of Three Oaks Christian School. Their family attends First Mennonite Church in Berne. Kevin and Lydia were committed to providing a thoroughly Christian education for their children. Motivated by this commitment, they have been part of Three Oaks since its inception, seeking to create accessible, quality Christian education options for families within their community.

Janelle Ruble
Janelle has been married to her high school sweetheart for 20 years. She works part time as an Emergency Room RN. Zach is the pastor at Southern Wells Community Church after God called him to make a career change in 2021. They come from public education backgrounds but are so thankful to have their two children attend Three Oaks Christian School. A relationship with Christ & a Biblical worldview is the forefront of raising their children.

Kristi Gerber
Kristi and her husband, Doug, have been married for 24 years and have 2 children. They were both raised and still reside in Adams County. They attend Life Community Church in Bluffton where they are actively involved. Doug is the Vice President of EDGE Manufacturing in Bluffton while Kristi serves in Administration at Three Oaks. Convinced by the commandment in Deuteronomy 6, Doug and Kristi see the importance of impressing the love of God upon the hearts of children. Passionate to make God known throughout the world, they also enjoy welcoming and mobilizing missionaries.

Darren Kloepper, Headmaster
Darren Kloepper was born and raised in Adams County. He and his wife, Heidi, have been married 33 years. Darren served in church ministry before he moved into education. Heidi has worked as a registered nurse at Adams Memorial Hospital for 30 years. They have seven children and four grandchildren. They have home school and public school background and have been drawn to Classical Christian education that intentionally keeps Christ in the center and is designed to equip young people both academically and spiritually.

John Stauffer
John grew up south of Bluffton and was baptized at the age of 16. He has worked as an engineer, in finance and as an entrepreneur. John has lived in a few states before moving back to Bluffton in 2015 with his wife, Renelle. God has continued to work on him as a Follower, husband and father through the Holy Spirit and Godly mentors. He enjoys singing songs of praise, playing board games, building and fixing things, and learning new things about God and His creation. He is thankful for Three Oaks to help him and his wife Renelle in preparing their four children to have a strong Christian worldview and to become lifelong learners.
