Lydia Fox

Lydia has been married to Kevin for 20 years, and they have 5 children. Kevin operates a commercial chicken farm as well as works for Adams Swine Farm in Berne. Lydia is in the role of Development Director for Three Oaks. They attend First Mennonite Church in Berne. Kevin and Lydia bring bring experiences in home education, private education, and public education. Burdened with providing their children with a Christian education, Kevin and Lydia were moved to pursue making quality Christian education an option for families in their community.

Kristi Gerber

Kristi and her husband, Doug, have been married for 22 years and have 2 children. They were both raised and still reside in Adams County. They attend Life Community Church in Bluffton where they are actively involved. Doug is the Vice President of EDGE Manufacturing in Bluffton while Kristi serves in Administration at Three Oaks. Convinced by the commandment in Deuteronomy 6, Doug and Kristi see the importance of impressing the love of God upon the hearts of children. Passionate to make God known throughout the world, they also enjoy welcoming and mobilizing missionaries.

Darren Kloepper, Headmaster

Darren Kloepper was born and raised in Adams County. He and his wife, Heidi, have been married 27 years. Darren served in church ministry before he moved into education. Heidi has worked as a registered nurse at Adams Memorial Hospital for 23 years. They have seven children and are expecting their first grandson soon. They have home school and public school background and have been drawn to Classical Christian education that intentionally keeps Christ in the center and is designed to equip young people both academically and spiritually.

Lara Collett

Lara and her husband, Mike, have been married for 14 years and have 2 daughters.  They attend First Mennonite Church in Berne, IN where Lara is involved in the worship and children’s ministries.  Mike has a trucking company while Lara volunteers with the Community in Action (CIA) of Three Oaks and substitute teaches.  Lara has a degree in Children’s Ministry from Huntington University.  Mike and Lara both come from public school backgrounds, but decided they wanted a thoroughly Christian education for their children.  Their oldest began her education with Three Oaks in Kindergarten as its inception and they have been impressed with Classical Christian education ever since, desiring for today’s youth to be steadfast in faith and ready to give a wise and kind biblical answer for the world’s questions.

John Stauffer

John grew up south of Bluffton and was baptized at the age of 16. He has worked as an engineer, in finance and as an entrepreneur. John has lived in a few states before moving back to Bluffton in 2015 with his wife, Renelle.  God has continued to work on him as a Follower, husband and father through the Holy Spirit and Godly mentors. He enjoys singing songs of praise, playing board games, building and fixing things, and learning new things about God and His creation. He is thankful for Three Oaks to help him and his wife Renelle in preparing their four children to have a strong Christian worldview and to become lifelong learners.
